Booking & Payment

Secure online advance payment confirms your booking. Prices shown are per person unless otherwise stated and are quoted in AED.

Passenger Eligibility

Passengers must be aged between 5 and 80 to fly. Every passenger completes a pre-flight safety declaration confirming they do not have a serious heart condition, have not had knee or back surgery in the last 6 months, do not have a fear of heights that would prevent standing safely in the basket, and are not pregnant. A valid ID (passport, Emirates ID, or other government-issued ID) is required at check-in.

Weather & Flight Safety

Flights depend on suitable weather conditions and are operated by GCAA-licensed pilots to the safety standards set by the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority. See our Cancellation & Weather Policy for what happens if your flight is affected by weather.

Pickup & Timing

Pickup times are confirmed the evening before your flight, typically by 8 PM, and generally fall between 3:45 AM and 4:30 AM to align with the sunrise launch window. Please be ready at the confirmed time and location.

Liability

Guests participate in all activities (balloon flight, camel ride, dune bashing, quad biking) at their own risk and in accordance with the safety instructions given by our crew. We are not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather-related flight cancellations.
