Super customer service and wonderful sunrise balloon ride. We arranged the balloning trip through our hotel concierge at the St Regis Abu Dhabi, he put us in touch with Leo from Hot Air Balloon UAE, who assisted us throughout the booking process. Leo arranged the transport and ticket booking, providing the payment link via our chat using whattsapp. He was very helpful in recommending the right package to suit our needs. The day before the balloon flight, he sent us the pick up details and driver contact number as promised. Our driver was outside waiting for us right on time. Jamal our driver was nice, he made sure we were comfortable and set the air conditioning in the car to suit our needs. It was an early start at 3am and the roads were pretty clear, Jamal drove safely, and also stopped off for us to get a coffee on the way. We reached the balloon take off grounds right on schedule, and were out of the car and into the balloon basket in no time at all. It was dusk and there were a good few balloons getting ready for take off. The captain Mohammed talked us through the safety rules and the landing positions we needed to adopt and we were soon rising softly up into the air. The captain was pointing out certain areas of interest and was steering f the balloon around in circles so all of us who were in the baskets could get good shots of the sun rising over the mountains. He also took pictures for us, during the flight and at the end. He is very skilled at capturing the perfect shots so 10/10 to him for that. We had the in-flight falcon show and the handler was very nice, giving us an insight into the history of Falconry in the region, and how revered these beautiful birds are in the UAE. (When they are transporting these birds to other countries, they fly them 1st class!). Captain was again in hand to take some great pics.The ballon flight was around 45 mins, and when we landed with a couple of hops, the team on the ground quickly brought the basket and the balloon under control. It was a thoroughly enjoyable morning, made all the better by the staff. Well done to all of you for giving us a wonderful experience.

Hot Air Balloon UAE Tout était pour le moins assez sympa dommage que le chauffeur qui est venu nous chercher à l'hôtel s'est montrer trop stressant à 4h du matin nous reprochant de marcher lentement de la réception jusqu'à son véhicule alors que celui-ci était en avance sur l'horaire qu'il nous avait indiqué. Hormis cet incident l'expérience en elle-même était très agréable et respecter les engagements annoncés

Beautiful experience. Great experience.Pick up time was accurate, Staff are very friendly and really try all their level best to help ( special thanks to Leo) , car dune drive was the best Adventure in the package , Breakfast is poor , but acceptable( could be much better) .
