Wonderful experience, Highly recommend

The hot air balloon ride was very peaceful and our pilot was very good to ensure he navigated the balloon so everyone could see the sunrise. The falcon experience was very cool and we were all able to pet the falcon and have him sit on our arm.

A surreal, unforgettable hot air balloon experience!

Breakfast was an absolute feast fit for royalty — generous portions of smoked salmon, soft scrambled eggs, assorted pastries, sausages, pancakes, a fresh fruit platter, Greek salad, wraps, yoghurt, custard, plus endless coffee and tea. We honestly couldn't finish it!

We had a combined tour with a night in the desert and the hot air balloon in the morning. Unfortunately, the weather didn't allow us to depart in the balloon that morning but we were able to get a refund, and the staff was helpful to find a solution. We'll be back for sure!

Sunrise Balloon Trip

Great time from start to finish. A quick coffee while we waited for the other passengers was followed by a safety brief. Being next to the falcon handler gave us the best view for the falcon show.

The Hot Air Balloon was awesome and you get a buffet breakfast which is delicious! The falcon show is amazing, you get to hold and touch the falcon. We traveled with kids 9 and 7 years old and recommend for families!

My amazing 40th birthday flight - wow

From being collected from the hotel at 04:30 am we soon arrived at the drop zone where we were greeted by our balloon pilot Ramy who was an absolute legend. We were so lucky to have a cloud inversion and once we broke through, the sunrise over the Oman mountain range was incredible.

Best Hot Air Balloon in Dubai

This was the second Hot Air Balloon I’ve done in Dubai but the first with this company and it was better than the first company I booked. On the Hot Air Balloon we were treated to a Falcon Show Mid-Air, never seen this before and was a real treat to behold.

Dream at dawn in a hot air balloon

You arrive in the desert just before dawn, a brief explanation of how the flight will go and then as the balloon takes shape everyone is friendly in giving information. Once on board there was also a falconer with his faithful friend. It was wonderful, extraordinary, amazing.

A dreamlike sunrise at lofty altitude

An outstanding experience. Everything was perfectly organized. The crew in the balloon was just awesome. Super nice, took great photos of us and for us, as well as two or three free videos with our own phones.

An Amazing experience in the Desert

We got picked up shortly after 4am from our hotel by our driver and taken to the launch site in the desert. Our Captain Mohammed was brilliant and explained everything as we went along. We had an amazing view of sunrise, wild animals, and other balloons which took off at the same time.

It was our first time riding a hot air balloon together and it was such an amazing experience. Food was amazing! Camel ride experience was my first time to do it as well, it was great! Dune bashing experience felt like a roller coaster ride.

A fantastic experience, to do at least once in your life!

Our friendly guide Leo picked us up with his 4x4 from the hotel at 4am. The hot air balloon experience is fantastic — the feeling of floating silently in the air is unique. On board there was a falconer who flew his falcon around the balloon, which we were even able to caress.

First of all timing was exact, from pick up till drop off! Very polite crew! View was amazing! And of course Falcon! Enjoyed every moment! 1 hour passed like 15min… great experience.

The driver arrived promptly at the pick up time. The pilot compensated by turning directions of the balloon so everyone got a chance to see the sunrise. The ATV, Camel Ride and Sand Dune bashing were good too!

Amazing experience in the desert

It was an amazing experience for us. Early morning and hot air balloon is just something magic. Everything was very smooth, we enjoyed breath taking views.

Waking up at 4am felt insane until we were actually floating over the dunes at sunrise. Worth every minute of lost sleep.

Pilot was calm and clearly experienced, the whole flight felt completely safe. The falcon flying next to the basket was a total surprise.

Booked the Deluxe package for our anniversary. Breakfast at the camp after landing was way better than I expected for a tour add-on.

Hotel pickup was right on time at 4am, driver texted ahead so we werent standing around guessing.

Went with my mum who is scared of heights and even she said the basket felt sturdy and the landing was smooth.

Premium package with the dune bashing after was a great combo, kids loved the quad bike part more than the balloon honestly.

Views over the desert at that hour are something else, camera roll is full of shots I still look at.

Did the Heritage flight with the vintage Land Rover ride after, felt like a proper desert expedition not just a tourist thing.

Crew told us upfront the flight might shift a day if wind picked up, and it did shift once, no drama, just rebooked for the next morning.

Certificate at the end was a nice touch, my daughter has it framed in her room now.

Coffee and drinks on the drive back were a good call, none of us had eaten yet and it helped.

Six of us went for a birthday, staff got the group photo sorted quickly before the light changed.

First time in a hot air balloon and the launch was gentler than I braced for, just a slow lift then youre up.

Booked the Private flight for a proposal, they helped plan the timing around the sunrise so the light was right.

Camel ride after landing was more fun than I thought it would be, good way to end the morning.
